Koenraad's Rib-Eye with a Crunchy Coconut Coating

Portion Rib-Eyes to 350g steaks

-1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic -1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning OR mixed herbs

Rub the garlic & herbs onto steak Coat the entire steak generously with desiccated coconut Sprinkle olive oil over the steak

Leave to sit for at least 1/2 an hour
